HR Generalist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist based in Thane. As a Human Resources Generalist, your primary responsibilities will include managing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and overseeing various HR management functions. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies to align with organizational goals, handling benefits administration efficiently, and ensuring strict compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate for this role should possess expertise in Human Resources (HR) with a strong understanding of HR Management and HR Policies. Previous experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration will be beneficial. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, and previous experience in a similar HR role is preferred. This position requires the individual to work full-time during day shifts. Additionally, the candidate must have completed an MBA in HR, possess knowledge of employment policies, and have 2-3 years of experience in HR. Experience in conducting bulk hirings is a plus. The salary range for this role is 3.0 to 4.5 LPA, and applicants are expected to apply only if they fall within this bracket.
