HR Generalist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and assisting with recruitment and administrative tasks.

Note : Only candidates with relevant IT experience will be consider only

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support payroll processing and leave management.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
• Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
• Handle employee queries and provide HR support.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• Knowledge of HR operations, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
