Role Overview

HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and internal databases.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Support performance review processes and feedback systems.
• Manage operational HR tasks like attendance, leaves, and policy adherence.
• Be the go-to point for employee queries and coordinate resolutions with management.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement people strategies and process improvements.
  

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in an HR Generalist or similar multi-functional HR role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with basic labor laws, HR systems, and Google Workspace.
