Job Description

As an HR Generalist at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational success by developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals and create a positive work environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance. - Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and processes to reflect organizational objectives and foster an engaging workplace culture. - Provide guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development initiatives to leadership. - Drive employee engagement through innovative programs, recognition systems, and team-building initiatives. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices. **Qualifications:** - Masters degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2+ years of progressive HR experience in a managerial role (preferably in the IT/Tech sector). - Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and compliance standards. - Proven leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Experience with HR systems and tools, including HRIS and ATS platforms. - Proactive, strategic thinker with a people-focused approach.
