HR Generalist-IT Background

You are a skilled and experienced HR Generalist who will be joining our team to play a vital role in driving our organizational success. Your primary responsibilities will include the following: - Lead and manage all HR functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance. - Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and processes aligned with organizational objectives to promote a positive work culture. - Provide guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development initiatives to the leadership team. - Implement innovative programs, recognition systems, and team-building initiatives to enhance employee engagement. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Qualifications required for this role include: - Masters degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 2+ years of progressive HR experience in a managerial role, preferably in the IT/Tech sector. - Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and compliance standards. - Demonstrated leadership skills with excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities. - Experience with HR systems and tools, including HRIS and ATS platforms. - Proactive and strategic thinker with a people-focused approach.
