Job Overview:

HR Recruiter

Role & Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and create accurate job descriptions
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, networking, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily MIS reports
Ensure timely closure of all assigned positions
Maintain professional communication and regular follow-ups
Assist with onboarding and documentation processes when required

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate / Post Graduate (B.Tech or BBA is preffered more)
0 to 2 years of experience in the recruitment field
