Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive/ Asst. Manager to lead our talent acquisition and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle from sourcing and onboarding to employee engagement and exit formalities ensuring an outstanding workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Hiring:
Source candidates, Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Manage the entire recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements
Onboarding & Induction:
Design and implement a structured onboarding program, Coordinate documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities
Introduce new hires to company culture, tools, and teams
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
Employee Engagement & Performance:
Plan and execute engagement initiatives and recognition programs
Facilitate performance reviews and support career development initiatives
Drive HR feedback mechanisms like pulse surveys and one-on-ones
Key Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in end-to-end HR operations
Strong exposure to candidate sourcing and hiring in IT/SaaS or related domains
Hands-on experience in onboarding, HR documentation, and payroll coordination
Knowledge of HR tools and platforms
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
