Job Description

Key Deliverables
Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital) Assist in payroll processing by collating attendance, leave, and other required data. Address employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Drive employee engagement initiatives and support organizational culture-building activities. Maintain and monitor HR metrics and prepare related reports.Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements under applicable labour laws (e.g. Shops & Establishments Act, Factories Act, etc.). Handle EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund contributions and filings. Liaise with government bodies and consultants for periodic inspections and audits. Monitor renewals of all statutory licenses and registrations for Factory, Showroom (EBO), Corporate & other business entities. Maintain and update all statutory registers and records as per legal requirements
