Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Manage end-to-end hiring process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and joining formalities.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employee files.
  • Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
  • Attendance & Payroll Management:
  • Monitor daily biometric attendance and leave records across all branches.
  • Coordinate with Accounts for timely payroll processing and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with attendance policies.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Plan and execute employee engagement and festive activities.
  • Maintain a positive work culture and handle grievances professionally.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure all HR policies and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.) are followed.
  • Assist in performance evaluation and appraisals.
  • Discipline & Communication:
  • Issue notices, memos, and policy updates as required.
  • Support management in implementing HR strategies and improving work discipline.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role (preferably in manufacturing or textile industry).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, HRMS / biometric systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple branches and coordinate with teams effectively.

Salary Range:

₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Based on experience and capability)
