E-Commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the company’s e-commerce operations across platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
• Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales, traffic, and customer engagement.
• Monitor website performance, customer journey, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with marketing team for online promotions, campaigns, and digital ads.
• Manage product listing, pricing, stock availability, and catalog updates.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize business growth.
• Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries and complaints related to online orders.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and share insights with management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce management (preferably fashion/retail industry).
• Strong knowledge of online platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, SEO, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
