Job Description

Position : HR Executive Location : Mohali About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and other day-to-day HR functions. Key Responsibilities: • Recruitment & Staffing: o Post job openings on job portals and social media o Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in the hiring process o Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers Onboarding & Offboarding: o Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires o Conduct induction and orientation sessions o Handle exit formalities and documentation Employee Relations & Engagement: o Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events o Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures o Conduct surveys and help maintain a healthy work environment • HR Operations & Compliance: o Maintain employee records in HRMS o Assist in payroll processing and leave management Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies • Performance Management: o Support in the implementation of performance review systems o Coordinate with managers and employees for appraisal processes Key Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • Fresher of relevant HR experience (preferred) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with HR software or HRMS is a plus • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Why Join Us? • Collaborative and vibrant work culture • Opportunities for learning and career growth • Regular employee engagement initiatives • Work with a forward-thinking and supportive team Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
