HR Executive

As an HR Assistant in the hospitality industry, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily HR operations and administrative processes to ensure a seamless employee experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in recruitment activities such as job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews. - Maintaining and updating employee records including attendance, leave, and personal files. - Supporting onboarding and induction processes for new hires. - Drafting HR letters, memos, and notices. - Coordinating employee engagement activities and welfare programs. - Ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. - Providing administrative support to the HR Manager and management team. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Have a minimum of 2 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry (restaurant, resort, or hotel). - Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining confidentiality.
