Key Responsibilities 1. Data Management & Processing Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and ERP systems. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and version control. Perform regular audits of data to identify and correct errors. 2. System & Application Maintenance Support, install, configure and maintain software applications used across departments (e.g., ERP, CRM, MIS). Monitor performance of applications, implement updates/patches. Maintain peripheral software like MS Office suite, printing/scanning tools. 3. Hardware & Infrastructure Management Handle workstation maintenance, server upkeep, network equipment like routers/switches. Oversee installation and maintenance of peripherals – printers, scanners, CCTV, biometric devices etc. Ensure backups are taken regularly and disaster recovery procedures are defined and tested. 4.
