Job Description

As an HR Executive at our company, your role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment, coordinating pre-onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate HR audit data. Your responsibilities will include: - **Talent Acquisition**: - Collaborating with department heads to understand manpower requirements. - Creating and posting job descriptions on various recruitment platforms. - Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and databases. - Screening resumes, conducting initial HR interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. - Managing candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Scheduling and following up on interview feedback and next steps. - Coordinating offer roll-out and maintaining offer-related documentation. - **Pre-Onboarding**: - Sharing offer letters and collecting required pre-joining documents from selected candidates. - Coordinating background verification and reference checks. - Maintaining accurate records of candidate documents and joining status. - Preparing employee files (physical and digital) in advance of the joining date. - Acting as the point of contact for candidates regarding joining formalities, company policies, and initial documentation. - Liaising with internal teams (IT/Admin) to ensure new joiners" readiness. - Supporting induction planning and day-one joining activities. - **Audit Data Management**: - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment and employee records for audit readiness. - Ensuring documentation related to hiring and onboarding is complete and organized. - Supporting internal and external audits by providing timely and accurate data. - Conducting regular audits of recruitment and onboarding files to ensure compliance. - Identifying and correcting discrepancies in documentation or data records. - Assisting in preparing monthly/quarterly HR audit reports. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 2-4 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations. - Familiarity with HR compliance, audits, and labor laws is preferred. - Experience with HR software/tools (e.g., HRMS, ATS). - Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. - High level of confidentiality and professionalism. In addition to the required qualifications, desirable skills for this role include the ability to handle multiple open positions and deadlines, comfort in a fast-paced environment, and experience in conducting HR process audits or working with audit teams.,
