Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and meticulous HR documentation. This role requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the overall growth and success of TailorWorks. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and selection. Coordinate and conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company. 2. Employee Relations Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives. 3. Performance Management Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems. Monitor employee performance and support professional development plans. 4. Training & Development Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. 5. Compliance & Policy Management Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbooks as needed. 6. HR Documentation & Records Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, employment history, and performance evaluations. Develop and manage HR documentation such as employment contracts, offer letters, policy manuals, and termination notices. Ensure all HR documentation complies with legal requirements and company policies. Implement version control and secure storage systems for sensitive HR documents. Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, with a strong emphasis on documentation and compliance. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
