Candidate will be based at corporate office of reputed pharma company as a HR Executive / Sr Executive he will be responsible for handling following:
1)Candidate will be responsible end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and implementing new hiring initiatives.
2) Candidate will be responsible for managing HR services, including PMS, salary benchmarking, and best practice execution.
3)Candidate will be responsible for Developing HR analytics reports based on data, track key hiring trends.
4) Candidate will be responsible to conduct employee engagement surveys and provide insights for improvement.
5) Candidate will be responsible for new assignments/projects assigned on time to time basis.
Candidate should have 2-6 yrs in relevant experience in Talent Acquisition and other HR Core related activities.
Qualification- Any graduate and MBA in HR
Candidate should have good experience in HRIS Package
Candidate from Mumbai Suburban will be preferred
