Job Description

As a HR Executive at Somatheeram Ayurvedic Hospital and Yoga centre, you will oversee the strategic and operational HR functions, ensuring alignment with the resort’s goals and values. Your role will encompass talent management, employee relations, compliance, and organisational development, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. You will play a key role in enhancing employee engagement and developing initiatives that support the resort’s mission of providing exceptional health and wellness experiences.

Key Responsibilities:Talent Management:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the resort.
  • Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, interviewing, and on boarding of new employees.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to managers on performance evaluations and development plans.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing issues and resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
  • Provide support and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employees’ skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and deliver in-house training sessions or workshops relevant to the health resort industry.

Organisational Development:

  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organisational goals.
  • Drive initiatives to improve organisational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Generate reports and analytics on HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a senior or managerial role, preferably in the hospitality or health resort industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
  • Attributes: Strong leadership capabilities, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.

Work Environment:

  • Work primarily within the resort’s office setting.

May require occasional travel or extended hours during peak seasons or special events.

Preferred Ladies candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
