HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with payroll, attendance, and leave management
  • Support performance evaluation and appraisal process
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
  • Address employee queries and grievances professionally
  • Organize employee engagement and training activities
  • Coordinate with other departments for HR-related needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 1–5 years of HR experience (preferred)
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
