Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR Executive/Manager to join our growing team at Skydays Tours and Travels. This role is crucial in supporting our most valuable asset – our people. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, ensuring a positive and productive work environment that fosters employee engagement, development, and retention, all while aligning with our company's mission to deliver outstanding travel services.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles (e.g., Travel Consultants, Operations Executives, Sales, Administration), including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the Skydays culture and quickly become productive members of the team.
• Maintain an updated database of potential candidates for future hiring needs

Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing timely and fair resolutions.
• Promote a positive workplace culture through various employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
• Facilitate effective communication channels within the organization.

Performance Management & Development:

• Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
• Identify training and development needs for employees and coordinate relevant training programs (e.g., customer service excellence, destination knowledge, booking system proficiency).
• Support career progression and professional growth opportunities for our team members.

HR Administration & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal files, attendance, and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefit administration.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics as required.

Policy Development & Implementation:

• Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure fairness, consistency, and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 year of proven experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within the travel, tourism, hospitality, or a fast-paced service industry.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and Indian labor laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive attitude with a strong problem-solving approach.
• Passion for travel and understanding of the travel industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
