Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget. Design and curate personalized vacation packages tailored to each client's unique desires. Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options. Negotiate rates and secure bookings with travel suppliers (hotels, airlines, tours) to ensure the best possible value for clients. Manage all aspects of the booking process, including flights, accommodation, tours, and travel insurance. Provide ongoing communication and support to clients throughout the booking process and their trip. Handle any client concerns or issues that may arise during the travel experience. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new destinations, and travel regulations. Exceed client expectations by delivering exceptional service and memorable travel experiences. Generate new leads and contribute to the growth of the company's sales. Qualifications: Minimum 1 years of experience as a Holiday Consultant or a related travel industry role. Proven track record of exceeding client expectations and achieving sales targets. In-depth knowledge of various travel destinations, including popular tourist spots, hidden gems, and off-the-beaten-path locations. Strong understanding of different travel styles (luxury, adventure, budget-friendly, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle client inquiries and secure the best deals. Proficiency in travel booking software and industry-specific tools. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Passion for travel and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for clients. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles (e.g., Travel Consultants, Operations Executives, Sales, Administration), including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the Skydays culture and quickly become productive members of the team. Maintain an updated database of potential candidates for future hiring needs Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing timely and fair resolutions. Promote a positive workplace culture through various employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs. Facilitate effective communication channels within the organization. Performance Management & Development: Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems. Identify training and development needs for employees and coordinate relevant training programs (e.g., customer service excellence, destination knowledge, booking system proficiency). Support career progression and professional growth opportunities for our team members. HR Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal files, attendance, and leave management. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies. Assist with payroll processing and benefit administration. Prepare HR reports and metrics as required. Policy Development & Implementation: Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure fairness, consistency, and effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1 year of proven experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within the travel, tourism, hospitality, or a fast-paced service industry. Strong understanding of HR best practices and Indian labor laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. A proactive attitude with a strong problem-solving approach.
