Job Description

WE ARE HIRING HR EXECUTIVE!!!!!!

We are seeking an HR executive to manage various procedures of our company

As an HR Executive at Ezzah group, you will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle from hiring to separation. Our ideal candidate should have experience in handling HR-related tasks and should be familiar with relevant laws and regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain and keep a record of Employee Attendance and overtime pay calculation.
Maintain a significantly detailed record of the employees of a company.
Managing recruitment processes, including Job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Onboarding of employees
Carefully adhere to all rules and regulations of the company.
Payroll calculations
Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
Labour Attendance keeping

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resource Management or Related field
Minimum 1 year experience required
Experience in payroll management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS excel

LOCATION: Perithalmanna, Malappuram

SALARY: 12K TO 20K

Experience: 1 year experience needed

knowledge of hindi language will be considered an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
