Drive end-to-end Recruitment & Onboarding – sourcing, interviews, documentation, and induction. Manage Employee Lifecycle – HR operations, payroll inputs, leaves, exit formalities. Foster a positive culture through Employee Engagement & Welfare initiatives. Support Training & Development – identify needs, coordinate programs, and track effectiveness. Handle HR Administration & Compliance – records, MIS reports, statutory adherence. Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, resolving grievances with fairness. What We’re Looking For MBA/PG in HR with 0–2 years’ experience in HR operations/recruitment. Strong knowledge of HR processes, compensation, and compliance. Proficiency in MS Office with excellent communication skills (English & Hindi). Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating across teams. Behavior People-first mindset – approachable and empathetic. Organized & detail-oriented – delivers accurate work on time. Problem-solver – handles pressure with calm and clarity.
