HR Executive   Qualification & Requirement ·        MBA/PGDM HR. ·        Impressive multi-tasking skills and passion for managing a wide variety of projects. ·        High sense of urgency, responsibility and drive for excellence. ·        Skilled in Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential. ·        Good interpersonal skills ·        Understanding of Recruitment and Employee Life Cycle Management.   Location: Lucknow Experience: 1 -2 year’s     Roles & Responsibilities of HR Executive:   ·        Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues ·        Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques ·        Attendance, Time-management, Updating leave status etc. ·         Maintain Dashboard of HR metrics such as hiring and attrition, recruiting, and employee engagement ·        Responsible to take care of end-to-end recruitment process ·        Responsible for Conducting performance evaluation process Plan, implement and manage learning and development programs General administration and lead operational efficiency ·        Assist with payroll processing. ·        Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
