Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment & onboarding
  • Maintain employee data & HR records
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws & HR policies
  • Support payroll & benefits administration
  • Assist in training, engagement & development activities
  • Manage employee relations & grievances

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (any discipline)
  • Minimum 6 months HR Generalist experience
  • Knowledge of HR policies & labor laws
  • Strong communication, problem-solving & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
