HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Assist in payroll processing by ensuring timely submission of attendance, leave, and other data.
• Address employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Organize employee engagement activities, birthdays, and work anniversary celebrations.
• Support performance management processes and maintain appraisal records.
• Draft HR reports (monthly/quarterly) and present to management.
• Coordinate training and development activities.
• Support the HR Head in implementing HR policies and strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or related roles (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
