HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for various roles, including warehouse staff, drivers, and management positions.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring decisions.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Address employee concerns and grievances, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks.
• Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
• Identify training needs and develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay current with industry best practices and trends in HR management.
• Understand the unique challenges and demands of the logistics industry and tailor HR practices accordingly.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
• MS office expertise.
• Proficient in both Hindi and English.
• Proven experience in HR management.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and methods, HR policies, etc.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in managing employee relations and engagement initiatives.
• Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.
• Ability to analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
