Role Overview Support the HR team in end‑to‑end employee lifecycle activities, drive recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and compliance while handling day‑to‑day HR queries and reporting. *Key Responsibilities* - Manage full‑cycle recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer letters and onboarding. - Maintain employee records, HRIS data entry and generate HR reports for leadership. - Administer payroll, PF, ESI, leave and statutory compliance. - Handle employee grievances, conduct exit interviews and foster a positive work environment. - Organise training, orientation programmes and employee engagement initiatives. - Assist in performance appraisal cycles and succession planning. *Qualifications* - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field. - 1‑2 years experience in HR operations or executive support. - Knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR software (e.g., Zoho People, Darwinbox). - Good command of English & Hindi; basic computer skills. *Skills* - Strong communication & interpersonal abilities. - Organised, detail‑oriented and able to handle confidential information. - Proactive problem‑solver with a team‑player attitude.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
