Job Title: HR Executive – Recruitment Focus Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Reports to: HR Manager / Founders ⸻ About Baba Punjabi Baba Punjabi is a growing hospitality brand in Bengaluru with 4 thriving outlets, known for authentic flavors, warm service, and a people-first culture. As we expand, we are looking for passionate team members who can help us build a strong and motivated workforce. Role Overview The HR Executive will be responsible for driving recruitment across all outlets and supporting daily HR operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong people skills, recruitment experience, and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities in a dynamic hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • Manage end-to-end recruitment for outlet and support roles (FOH, BOH, operations, and corporate). • Draft and post job descriptions on job portals, LinkedIn, and hospitality networks. • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate with outlet managers. • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for high-demand roles. • Oversee onboarding and joining formalities to ensure a seamless new-hire experience. HR Operations & Administration • Maintain HR records, employee files, and HRMS data. • Track attendance, leaves, and provide inputs for payroll. • Support compliance with labor laws and company policies. • Address employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures. Employee Engagement & Retention • Organize induction, training sessions, and team engagement activities. • Assist in performance management and probation review processes. • Work closely with management to create a positive work culture and reduce attrition. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. • 1–3 years’ experience in HR, with strong recruitment exposure (hospitality industry preferred). • Familiarity with job portals, social media hiring, and employee referrals. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Ability to handle multi-outlet recruitment and operations. • Knowledge of labor law basics and HR compliance.
