Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Executive – Recruiter to strengthen our Human Resources team. The role involves end-to-end recruitment and support in core HR operations. The ideal candidate should bring strong recruitment expertise, In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent to meet the growing needs of our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to recruitment, and a passion for connecting with people.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition •    End-to-end recruitment process management (JD creation, sourcing, screening, selection, onboarding). •    Proficiency in resume databases (Resdex, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter etc). •    Boolean search techniques for effective candidate sourcing. •    Collaborate with line managers to understand manpower requirements and finalize job descriptions. •    Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives, and consultancies. •    Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit. •    Manage offer release, pre-joining formalities, and smooth onboarding.

HR Operations & Engagement
•    Maintain recruitment trackers, HR dashboards, and MIS reports. •    Support induction programs and employee orientation. •    Assist in employee engagement activities, welfare measures, and retention initiatives. •    Coordinate with training & development teams for employee upskilling. •    Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory guidelines, and audits.

Functional Competencies •    Recruitment & Talent Sourcing (white-collar) •    Interviewing & Selection Techniques •    HR Operations (onboarding, induction, HRMS, MIS) •    MS Office, HRMS, and recruitment platforms proficiency Behavioural Competencies •    Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. •    Collaboration: Builds strong working relationships across functions. •    Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess manpower trends, hiring data, and workforce planning. •    Problem-Solving: Handles recruitment challenges with creativity and urgency. •    Result Orientation: Focused on achieving hiring targets within timelines. •    Adaptability: Flexible to handle dynamic requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing setup. •    Integrity & Confidentiality: Maintains professionalism and trustworthiness in all HR matters.
