HR Executive (Recruiter)

As an HR Executive focusing on talent acquisition, your role will involve managing and supporting the hiring and employee development initiatives at our company. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting onboarding, and contributing to various HR functions. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles. - Developing and maintaining effective hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent. - Coordinating with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures. - Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment reports using HR systems and tools (HRIS/ATS). - Assisting in designing and executing employee referral programs and recruitment campaigns. - Supporting new hire induction and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition. - Contributing to HR operations such as policy updates, employee engagement activities, and performance review coordination. - Monitoring key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and employee retention. - Assisting in identifying training needs and coordinating learning and development programs. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in a consulting or corporate environment). - Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and interviewing methods. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously. - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 12 years of relevant HR/recruitment experience.
