Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our team at Circle of Crust, with 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and coordinate recruitment processes for various positions within the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective employee retention strategies to boost morale and productivity.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and resolving conflicts promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in human resources, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations governing employment practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.
