Job Description

1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including crafting job descriptions, posting advertisements on various platforms (job boards, social media, professional networks). Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers. Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary resources and information. Conducting background checks and verifying references. 2. Employee Relations and Engagement: Serving as a primary point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances. Assisting in resolving conflicts, mediating disputes, and promoting a positive and productive work environment. Supporting disciplinary procedures and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws. Implementing and supporting employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications to foster a positive work culture. Conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement. 3. HR Administration and Compliance: Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions. Administering employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off). Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and other benefits. Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures, including employee handbooks. Preparing HR-related reports and contributing to HR analytics and metrics. 4. Performance Management: Assisting in the implementation and administration of performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans. Providing guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters. Supporting the identification and implementation of employee training and development initiatives. Working with managers and employees to develop performance improvement plans when necessary. 5. Training and Development: Assessing training needs across the organization. Coordinating and organizing internal or external training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Guiding employees on career paths within the organization and providing opportunities for professional growth. 6. HR Strategy and Support (depending on seniority): Contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Providing HR support and guidance to managers and employees on various HR-related topics. Staying updated on employment laws, industry trends, and best practices in HR management.
