Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc. Handle end-to-end bidding processes – proposal writing, rate negotiation, and client communication. Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, digital) to deliver customized solutions. Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the team. Stay updated on advertising and digital marketing trends to provide strategic input. Create regular reports and sales forecasts for upper management. Key Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales in an advertising/digital agency. Strong hands-on experience in bidding and proposal writing on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of advertising agency services (branding, digital marketing, social media, etc.). Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Proficient in CRM tools and business communication platforms.
