Job Title: HR Executive Location: Udupi, Karnataka Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to support our manufacturing unit’s daily HR operations in Udupi. The role involves handling recruitment, compliance, payroll support, employee records, and assisting in maintaining a positive work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their HR career in a factory setup. Key Responsibilities: Assist in ensuring compliance with labour laws, factory rules, and statutory requirements (ESI, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.) Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Maintain accurate employee records related to attendance, payroll inputs, and documentation. Support payroll processing by preparing and verifying necessary data. Address basic employee queries and support engagement initiatives. Assist in coordinating workplace safety, audits, and health-related compliance. Liaise with statutory bodies and assist in government reporting as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Law, or related field. 1 to 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setup. Basic knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and payroll processes. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
