Job Title:
HR Executive – Time Office, Payroll & AdministrationDepartment:Human ResourcesReporting To:HR Manager / General Manager – HR---Job Summary:The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the Time Office functions, Payroll processing, and day-to-day administrative operations. The role ensures accurate attendance tracking, salary processing, statutory compliance, and smooth HR & administrative support for all employees.---Key Responsibilities:1. Time Office ManagementMaintain daily attendance records of all employees (staff & workers).Monitor late coming, absenteeism, and overtime.Manage biometric attendance system and resolve related discrepancies.Prepare monthly attendance, leave, and overtime summaries.Maintain leave records and update in HR software.2. Payroll ManagementCollect attendance and overtime data for payroll processing.Prepare and verify salary sheets, deductions, and reimbursements.Handle statutory deductions such as PF, ESIC, TDS, and Professional Tax.Coordinate with Finance for timely salary disbursement.Generate payslips and resolve employee salary-related queries.HR AdministrationManage employee ID cards, uniform issue, and related logistics.Oversee housekeeping, office maintenance, and security coordination.Support HR activities like onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.Handle documentation, filing, and HRMIS data updates.Coordinate transport, canteen, and facility management.5. Employee RelationsAddress attendance, salary, and leave-related queries.Assist in disciplinary processes related to attendance or misconduct.Promote workplace discipline and adherence to company policies.---Qualification & Experience:Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.1–3 years of experience in Time Office, Payroll & Admin functions.Knowledge of Excel, HRMS software, and statutory compliance.---Skills Required:Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas).Familiar with PF, ESIC, and payroll software.Good communication & coordination skills.Detail-oriented, punctual, and disciplined approach to work.Ability to handle confidential data with integrity.
