The HR Executive will be responsible for handling core HR functions with a primary focus on employee lifecycle management, immigration-related activities, and HR compliance. This role serves as the key point of contact for all MEJENTA employees and collaborates closely with attorneys, vendors, and internal leadership.Key Responsibilities:Manage onboarding and offboarding formalities for employees.Handle all immigration-related tasks, including coordination on LCAs, support letters, and Green Card processes.Review and approve Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Purchase Orders (PO).Engage in vendor/client letter drafting and correspondence.Coordinate with attorneys on immigration documentation and compliance.Oversee company insurances and assist employees with enrollment or claims.Demonstrate strong negotiation skills in handling vendor and contract matters.Act as the primary POC for MEJENTA employees, addressing day-to-day HR queries and concerns.Work closely with MEJENTA management and internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations and legal compliance.Preferred Skills .Working knowledge of immigration processes and documentation (LCA, GC, etc.).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently and efficiently.Detail-oriented with a focus on confidentiality and compliance.share resumes to adithya.sunny1234@gmail.com
