  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the HR & Admin.
  • Managing the administration of the policies, procedures, and programs.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Compliance - PF / ESIC / LWF
  • Sourcing & screening profiles
  • Attendance & Leave Management
  • Leave Management
  • Maintenance of Employee Files and Records
  • Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
  • Exit Formalities
  • Policy Development and Documentation
  • Employee Engagement
  • Documents, filing, and records: Maintenance of records.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Graduated with MBA / MPM degree

1 to 4 years of experience as an HR / Payroll Executive

Fresher with internship exp. can also apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
