HR Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive who will manage core HR functions while also overseeing our social media presence. This role combines employee management, recruitment, and HR operations with creative content planning and online branding activities. Key Responsibilities :Human Resources ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding). Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and HR databases. Assist in payroll preparation and monthly HR reports. Administer HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement activities. Support performance appraisal processes. Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure healthy workplace culture. Coordinate training programs and development sessions. Social Media Responsibilities Plan, create, and post engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). Manage the company’s online presence and brand voice. Monitor analytics, prepare insights, and improve performance. Respond to comments, messages, and online community interactions. Support employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns. Help create visuals, banners, and videos in coordination with design teams (or independently if skilled). Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of HR experience (freshers with strong skills may also apply). Knowledge of recruitment processes & HR operations. Good understanding of social media trends and content creation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS tools is a plus. Creativity, time management, and multitasking ability.
