Job Description

Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll data.
Assist in employee engagement and welfare activities.
Handle employee queries and resolve HR-related issues.
Support in performance appraisal and evaluation processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation.
Coordinate with management for manpower planning and HR initiatives.

HR Executive – Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of HR software and MS Office tools.
Understanding of recruitment processes and HR policies.
Problem-solving and conflict management skills.
Attention to detail and confidentiality handling.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
