As an HR Executive working the night shift in Mohali, Punjab, your role will involve handling various HR operations and compliance tasks to ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. You will be responsible for managing employee grievances, overseeing disciplinary actions, and streamlining performance management processes. Additionally, you will need to manage employee benefits, leave policies, and insurance-related queries, as well as assist in drafting HR policies and SOPs to enhance workforce management. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. - Handle employee grievances and escalate issues when necessary. - Oversee disciplinary actions and performance management processes. - Manage employee benefits, leave policies, and insurance-related queries. - Assist in drafting HR policies and SOPs for better workforce management. - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies. - Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and exit processes. In the realm of Recruitment & Workforce Management, your role will entail assisting in workforce planning, identifying hiring needs, and sourcing potential candidates for key roles. You will be responsible for coordinating interviews, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements. Collaboration with department heads to align recruitment with business goals will also be part of your duties. Moreover, as part of Employee Engagement & Training, you will be tasked with planning and executing employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture. Conducting orientation sessions and training programs for new hires, as well as supporting leadership in implementing employee retention strategies, will be crucial aspects of your role. Qualifications & Skills Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, compliance, and recruitment. - Familiarity with HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the job is full-time with evening shift hours from Monday to Friday.
