Job Description

Handle end-to-end recruitment for night shift positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding).
Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases accurately.
Manage employee queries and grievances during night hours.
Assist in payroll preparation and shift management.
Conduct joining formalities, induction, and documentation for new hires.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Ensure HR policies and compliance are followed in the night shift.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
Coordinate with day-shift HR teams for handover and updates.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently during night hours.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software/portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
Good understanding of attendance, payroll basics, and compliance.
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Time management and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and adaptability to night shift environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
