HR Executive (Night Shift)

As an HR Executive, your role will involve handling the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records and HR databases, as well as coordinating onboarding and induction programs for new hires. Additionally, you will assist in employee engagement and welfare activities, and handle employee queries while resolving HR-related issues. Supporting in performance appraisal and evaluation processes will also be part of your responsibilities. You must ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, prepare HR reports, and maintain documentation. Furthermore, you will collaborate with management for manpower planning and HR initiatives.
