HR Executive

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and employee engagement activities. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create a positive and performance-driven work culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage the complete hiring lifecycle — from sourcing and shortlisting to interviewing and onboarding. Draft and post job descriptions across platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals). Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements. Handle offer rollouts, joining formalities, and induction of new employees. 2. Employee Engagement & Retention Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and motivation. Conduct regular feedback sessions, employee surveys, and one-on-one interactions. Plan team activities, celebrations, and recognition programs to strengthen company culture. Support in implementing HR policies that promote employee satisfaction and retention. 3. HR Operations & Support Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation. Assist in performance review coordination and employee communication. Ensure smooth coordination between employees and management. Skills & Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Hands-on experience in recruitment and employee engagement. Good understanding of HR processes, onboarding, and record management. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of HR tools or ATS is an added advantage. Qualifications & Experience: Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR functions, preferably in a CA firm, consultancy, or professional services setup.
