Job Description

As an HR Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources department in various tasks. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. - Maintaining and updating employee records in both soft and hard copies. - Supporting the administration of HR policies and procedures. - Handling employee queries and concerns in a professional and confidential manner. - Coordinating training and development programs for employees. - Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. - Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities and events. - Supporting performance appraisal processes. - Generating reports and documentation as required by HR management. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in an HR role is preferred. - Familiarity with labor legislation and HR best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS/HRIS is a plus. In addition to the above, the company provides benefits such as food, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift or morning shift, and proficiency in English is preferred. The work location is in person.
