*Role Overview*
We are hiring a Junior HR Executive to support daily HR operations, onboarding, employee record management, HR systems, and coordination for a reputed and growing real estate company specializing in luxury apartments and commercial spaces.
*Responsibilities*
Assist with onboarding, documentation, and HRIS updates
Manage attendance tracking, leave records, and payroll inputs
Maintain employee files and ensure accurate data management
Coordinate with employees and internal departments as required
*Requirements*
MBA in HR with a minimum of 1 year of experience
Male candidates only
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and willing to travel across project sites within Ahmedabad
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
