HR Executive (Male)

As an HR Executive at our company, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. Your strong communication skills and understanding of HR processes will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. - Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately. - Support performance management and appraisal activities within the organization. - Assist in the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with regulations. - Organize engaging employee training programs and activities. - Address employee queries and grievances professionally and in a timely manner. - Coordinate effectively with various departments for HR-related requirements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications. - Ability to multitask effectively and maintain confidentiality.
