Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Tamil Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to teach Tamil language, literature, grammar, and culture to students across various grades, encouraging reading, writing, and speaking skills in a structured and engaging manner. Key Responsibilities: · Plan and deliver Tamil language lessons as per the curriculum guidelines. · Teach reading, writing, speaking, and grammar effectively. · Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and teaching materials. · Encourage students to appreciate Tamil literature and cultural heritage. · Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. · Integrate technology into language instruction when appropriate. · Participate in school events, cultural programs, and parent-teacher meetings. Qualifications & Skills: · Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Tamil or related field. · Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is preferred. · Prior experience as a Tamil language teacher is desirable. · Excellent command of spoken and written Tamil. · Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English. · Classroom management and student engagement skills. · Familiarity with Tamil literature, poetry, and grammar structures. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Tamil Teacher: 3 years (Preferred) Language: Tamil, English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
