As a Tamil Teacher at Kids Club Matriculation School in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, your role will involve handling Classes IIV in a child-friendly, patient, and interactive manner suitable for young learners. Your responsibilities will include: - Teach Tamil subject for Classes IIV as per the Matriculation syllabus. - Create engaging lesson plans, worksheets, and activity-based materials. - Foster reading, writing, and spoken Tamil skills through fun and interactive methods. - Utilize storytelling, rhymes, and activities to enhance language proficiency. In terms of classroom management, you will be expected to: - Maintain a disciplined and child-friendly environment. - Ensure that the classroom is safe, clean, and conducive to learning. - Monitor student performance and provide additional support as necessary. For assessment and reporting, you will: - Conduct regular class tests and assessments. - Keep accurate records of student academic progress. - Prepare report cards and communicate student progress during meetings. Additionally, you will have school responsibilities such as: - Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events. - Organizing Tamil-related events like debates, poems, storytelling, and cultural programs. - Collaborating with other teachers for school activities. Qualifications & Skills required: - B.A Tamil / B.Ed in Tamil or equivalent qualification. - Teaching experience in primary classes preferred (freshers welcome). - Proficiency in spoken and written Tamil language. - Ability to manage young children with patience and creativity.
