Position Overview

Kids Club Matriculation School, Tiruppur is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic English Teacher to teach Classes V–VIII. The teacher should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle middle-school students with confidence and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Curriculum

• Teach English for Classes V–VIII as per the Matriculation syllabus.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and activity-based modules.
• Strengthen students’ grammar, vocabulary, writing, reading, and speaking skills.
• Conduct interactive sessions, group activities, and projects.

Classroom Management

• Maintain discipline and ensure an engaging learning environment.
• Create a positive atmosphere that encourages student participation.
• Provide extra support to students who need academic improvement.

Assessment & Evaluation

• Conduct assignments, tests, and periodic assessments.
• Maintain student performance records and evaluate progress.
• Prepare report cards according to school guidelines.

Co-curricular Participation

• Guide students in English-related competitions (debates, essay writing, elocution, spelling bee).
• Plan and participate in school events, assemblies, and celebrations.
• Support library and reading enhancement programs.

General School Duties

• Attend staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with other teachers for academic and event planning.
• Follow school policies, discipline guidelines, and child safety rules.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.A / M.A in English with B.Ed (preferred).
• Prior experience teaching middle school students is an advantage (freshers with strong English skills may also apply).
• Excellent command over spoken and written English.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
