Job Description

  • Source and screen candidates, schedule interviews.
  • Prepare offer letters and complete joining formalities.
  • Conduct induction and maintain onboarding documents.
  • Maintain employee files and HR database.
  • Manage attendance, leaves, and daily HR documentation.
  • Prepare HR letters (confirmation, increment, warnings, etc.).
  • Compile monthly attendance and salary inputs.
  • Coordinate with finance for payroll processing.
  • Support PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory tasks.
  • Maintain required records for audits and inspections.
  • Handle employee queries and basic grievance resolution.
  • Assist in organizing engagement activities and events.
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes.
  • Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and monthly reports.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and HR procedures.
  • Support in policy communication and discipline management.
  • Visiting plants, if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
